Golden honored for health care leadership

August 11, 2006 - Archbold Medical Center President Ken B. Beverly (left) presents Senator Tim Golden with the Georgia Hospital Association’s Legislative Leadership Award in recognition of the Senator’s strong support of legislation that positively impacts patient access to quality healthcare in Georgia. This is the second consecutive year that Golden has received the award from GHA, an association of more than 190 Georgia hospitals and health systems, including Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Brooks County Hospital in Quitman, South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Smith Northview Hospital of Valdosta and Memorial Hospital of Adel.
